Our picnic benches are designed for real event use. Reliable, great looking and able to handle the pace of a live site. We supply them to festivals, food events, agricultural shows, university events and outdoor weddings across Cornwall and Devon.
With over 125 benches available in 4ft, 5ft and 6ft sizes, we can cover everything from small continuity events through to large festivals, and because we are based in Launceston we can get to venues right across the South West quickly and efficiently.

We hold one of the largest stocks of picnic benches in the region, which means we’re used to supplying high-capacity events and working to build schedules, phased deliveries and tight access time.
Delivery, install and collection
We don’t just drop them in a field and disappear. We can position benches to your site plan during the build and return to collect them for a smooth de-rig taking the pressure off your team.

What’s the story?
Truth is, we saw a bit of an opportunity and took it. We originally had a small holding of picnic benches that had a very busy summer season catering to festival and events across the south west.
Once the season wrapped up, we took a step back to rethink how we could improve and expand. We set out to design our own configurations for 4ft, 5ft and 6ft benches. From the start we knew we wanted to handle the entire process in house (because who needs a break, right?). This allowed us to really focus on perfecting the design, spending countless hours building jigs, sketching out plans and measuring everything meticulously. After a lot of trial and error we built our first prototype.
The next thing we knew, production was in full swing, and we were on a roll. It has been a massive team effort, with support from our amazing team who’ve not only embraced our crazy ideas but also brought their own creativity and innovation to the table. Together we’ve made the process more efficient and our product even better.
What started as a small idea has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of, and we’re excited to keep pushing boundaries, building new solutions and creating top quality picnic benches for every event.

All benches are charged at a minimum 1 week hire rate.
We recommend that you get in touch for a cost, as this will be determined on quantity ordered & delivery and collection address.

A standard 6ft &5ft picnic bench comfortably seats up to 6 adults, with 3 people on each side.
4fts will comfortably sit 4 people. 2 people either side.
For events with mixed groups and higher turnover, we usually recommend allowing slightly more benches to keep seating readily available.

Yes - we provide delivery, installation and collection for events across not only Devon and Cornwall but the further south west!

We stock over 125 picnic benches in 4ft,5ft and 6ft sizes and regularly supply large scale outdoor events, festival, agricultural shows and university events. Multiple vehicle loads and phased deliveries can be arranged where required.

From our base in Launceston, we delivery to event sites right across the South West. Most of our work is within Cornwall and Devon, but we’re well set up to support Somerset, Dorset and surrounding counties, with logistics planned around your event schedule.
